At this time last year, more than 1,000 spectacular modified vehicles that poured in from the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region converged in the 100,000-square-meter steel sanctuary in Foshan, forming a “physical slice of Asia’s modification culture”. And this year — nine government departments have eased restrictions on vehicle modification. For the first time, the tailwind of policies truly supports everyone’s passion, marking the “first year of legalization” for the modification community.
So this year, we do not want to merely offer “teasers of legendary modified cars”.
We want to turn the camera toward you, who are on your way here.
🏆 King’s Car Evaluation Contest · Shortlist Announcement
A cash prize pool of 100,000 yuan is ready in Hall 1.
Champion: 30,000 yuan; Runner-up: 20,000 yuan; Third place: 10,000 yuan; Top 50 finalists each receive 1,000 yuan. The competition adopts a two-stage format: “Top 50 from online voting qualify for the on-site round + on-site scoring by an international and domestic panel of elite judges”. In other words, to stand on the coronation stage of the APA Annual Car King, the first step is to make it into the top 50.
So far, the first batch of shortlisted vehicles has been released. They come from all over the country, spanning 30 years of modification styles:

No longer just a “quiet parking lot”. We have built a mini race track inspired by Goodwood. Your car will not merely be on display, but run under the gaze of thousands. A dynamic exhaust competition will be held at the same time. Engine roars, racing lines and vehicle stances will all be judged on the track in one go.
So far, the following enthusiasts have secured their outdoor spots early:
Some of them drove 2,000 kilometers south from the north with their hardcore hot hatches, while others travelled north from the south in their cyberpunk electric vehicles for this event. When the hardcore hot hatches from the north run side by side with the cyberpunk EVs from the south, the roar of metal and the screech of tires weave together a symphony marking the awakening of China’s car modification culture. This is not only a feast of vehicles, but also a manifesto of the era rewritten by Generation Z with wrenches.
